Are you downsizing or upgrading your home? Moves are among the most stressful of life events, right up there with death and divorce. Weather you're moving cross country ($), transitioning into a retirement facility, or upgrading abodes; we can help you out! Starting with your new homes layout and sq footage, we evaluate if it fits or needs to take a sits! We offer transfer station ($) and donation drop-offs for unneeded/wanted items. Once clutter is under control we begin the process of packing. Clients can request Organizer bring packing materials & boxes ($). Inventory list along with labeled boxes, are prepared for shipping. You can choose to be a part of this process or not, it is entirely up to you. For budget friendly option: have a list of items to donate or trash prior to Organizer arrival, if you have a donation box started already, even better! Assistance arranging/driving/loading u-haul, POD, or storage unit reservations. If a move is out of the LDO performance scope, reliable moving companies/persons will be recommended. If you're looking for ways to save, a budget friendly approach would be to DIY this part of the process. Making arrangements yourself for movers to come also saves some time. Using a Listing Agent to sell your home? IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW THEIR DEADLINES. Keeping the project on track for a smooth transition after escrow closing is part of my job. Many realtors request or require staging, sometimes they suggest painting or other repairs be made, this can drastically shorten the time frame for packing. We suggest contacting Lyons Den Organizing 1-2 months prior to your move out date, don't fret if you move next week, we can work magic too. If you are just arriving in your new home, and need assistance unpacking, we would be happy to help you settle in as well. Aesthetic arrangement of personal belongings in your new residence will be organized as discussed. An action plan for unpacking may be requested. We love connecting clients with businesses and personnel that can better help if we can not. List of professionals: real estate agents, painters/carpenters, cleaning services, escrow service companies, transfer station locations, gardeners, property managers, and more. The Professionals recommended charge independently of Lyons Den Organizing. We work in 4 hour time blocks. +$200 per session when 2 + members of LDO work on large projects. ($) symbol means additional charges apply for services and/or reimbursement.
