New tenants incoming or apartment upgrades made? Want to welcome new vacationers with a smile? We are starting to help busy property managers and home owners flip their furnishings and prepare for the next guest. Maybe you just bought a 4-plex, or have remodeled an existing rental property, you want to rent to traveling nurses or Air BnB the Mother-In-Law basement in your home... We know what a snug space looks like, and help owners with the planning, purchasing, and Feng Shui inside the unit. We assist with flipping the unit for new tenants, an established inventory list of suggestions will be sent. We want your rental tenants to have a walk in moment that feels comforting, like a cup of tea on a rainy day- and lets face it we have many here in the PNW!! Service Requires a minimum of 4 hours for scheduling. $200+ will be added to the total for large engagements requiring an extra Organizer. A predetermined budget by you, shall be discussed prior to shopping for inventory. Research to find items for furnishing and facilitating transportation is part of this process. Cleaning is part of the flipping process (after contractors, before furniture set up and between tenants). LDO is proud to serve Seattle proper and the homes in the greater area. Homes out side of Seattle zip codes will incur travel costs. **Please note this is a NEW SERVICE AS OF 6/6/2023, give us grace as we navigate the description of this service, we are open to helpful suggestions.
