New tenants incoming or apartment upgrades made? Want to welcome new vacationers with a smile? We help busy property managers and home owners flip their furnishings and prepare for the next guest; whether they are coming as an Air BnB guest, or renting short-term. We know what a snug space looks like, and help owners with the planning, purchasing and placement; giving Feng Shui and want to stay vibes. We want your tenants to have a walk in moment that feels comforting, like a cup of tea on a rainy day- and lets face it we have many here in the PNW!! Service Requires a minimum of 4 hours for scheduling. ADD + $65/hr to the total for large engagements requiring an extra Organizer. A predetermined budget for inventory is discussed prior to shopping for inventory. Research to find items for furnishing and facilitating transportation is part of this process and is considered in the time and cost estimate. LDO is proud to serve Seattle proper and the homes in the greater area. Homes out side of Seattle zip codes will incur travel costs. *Lyons Den Organizing is Licensed, Bonded, and Insured
