We are starting to help busy property managers and home owners flip their furnishings and prepare for the next guest. Weather you just bought a building, have remodeled, or if you're new to the rental real estate game, welcome! Cleaning IS a part of this service. In addition to cleaning, suggestions for revamping, ordering inventory, changing old to new, and creating a walk in moment that feels welcoming, is our goal. Required minimum hours: 4. $200+ will be added to the total for large engagements requiring an extra Organizer. In cases where inventory requests are made; a predetermined budget by you, shall be paid prior to shopping for items to welcome your new guest with. No charge for recommendations and small researches. LDO serves the Seattle proper area.
