Service Description

A walk through of your home, or virtual call where we discuss your current conundrums. You'll answer some questions, open drawers and doors in areas you need assistance with, or send video/photo for review. Our first appointment and the timeline (any constraints) will be discussed before an Individualized Action Plan, Contract or Estimated Services Cost is generated. Once accepted we schedule out our sessions accordingly. LDO serves Seattle and the surrounding area proudly. Appointments scheduled on the East side of Lake WA, in West Seattle, or otherwise out of the Seattle proper zip coded areas will incur a trip charge of $10. Before and after photos may be requested to be taken. We refer to them when estimating our time to complete and sometimes even ask to post them on our LDO social media accounts and webpage. We are a confidential company that respects your right to privacy, just let us know if you don't want to be a part of our show and tell. Consults that run longer than 30 minutes will incur a $40 cost.
